We found the perfect corner spot in the East Village, on East 12th
Street and First Avenue, and created a brand new space that
was our vision of the dream restaurant: we put in a reclaimed
hardwood floor from a 250-year-old home in Maine, hand blown
glass chandeliers, antique mirrors, a marble bar, and Gascon Stua
armchairs.
We love New York City, and wanted to allow our guests a
panoramic view of Downtown, East Village life through our floor-
to-ceiling glass façade. It's magical and intimate, and on weekends,
vibrant and bustling with la vita è bella.
East 12th Osteria was recently hailed by The Financial Times as
one of the 5 Best Italian Restaurants in New York. It is a chef-driven
restaurant, where chef-owner Roberto Deiaco crafts a modern and
organic Northern Italian menu.
If you are planning a corporate luncheon, dinner meeting or social
