Zio Ristorante is a new dining destination on 19th Street in the heart
of the Flatiron District in New York City delivering a lively atmosphere
in a warm setting. Zio will weave seasonal ingredients into inspired
culinary combinations influenced by Mediterranean flavors.
Entrepreneur Darren Berman, Chef Massimiliano (Max) Convertini,
and Roberto Manfe unite their experiences in the hospitality business,
bringing their passion for good company and great food to Zio. The
restaurant's large bay windows give passers-by a view into the
kitchen where Max and his team exhibit their culinary talents.
At "Tavolo di Max", the chef will build a personal tasting menu based on
the freshest local ingredients at hand. The interior setting serves
as a backdrop for a convivial atmosphere and is enriched with an
ambient glow.
Zio is easly transformed into three separate rooms for a variety of
events. Welcoming guests at the restaurant is its lounge and bar
area, an intimate space where you can host a reception with cocktails
and hors d'oeuvres. Take your passion for good company and great
food to the Vineyard Room where you can enjoy inspired culinary
creations in a private dining setting that seats up to 40 people.
The Vineyard Room is a perfect space to celebrate a birthday or
anniversary, or for an exclusive experience for business luncheons or
dinner. Also available for larger groups is our main dining room that
can sit 100 guests. This room gives the impression one has been
transported outside the concrete jungle for a lavish fete.
