The STK Rooftop features a light American grill menu by Chef
Humberto Leon with familiar elements from the STK steakhouse
menu. Offering stunning views of the Hudson River, the rooftop opens
daily at 4:30 p.m. through bar close, and offers brunch on weekends
from 12pm-5pm.
The STK Rooftop offers light, fresh cocktails such as the STK Eyes
and the Flower Bramble, along with a hand-selected wine menu by
the glass or bottle. Ambient beats piped-in from jet-set deejays help
set the sultry vibe, playing crowd favorites from the 70s, 80s and 90s.
Signature STK Rooftop items include the Lobster Cobb Salad, Mini
BBQ Ribs, Tuna Taquitos, and Land & Sea Skewers. The menu also
features raw bar items including tuna, oysters on the half shell and
seafood platters, as well as grilled items such as burgers, bone-in filet
and hickory smoked chicken. Side dishes include corn on-the-cob,
truffle mac & cheese bites and yucca fries.
