1. Inwood Hill Park, Inwood
If you’re into nature, head up to Inwood Hill Park. It has hiking trails, athletic fields, and even some pretty cool caves. And it’s one of the best spots to spot a bald eagle in NYC!

2. Waterline Square Park, Upper West Side
This stunning new park has amazing views of the Hudson River. Waterline Square is perfect for a relaxing afternoon with friends and family. There are splash fountains for kids and plenty of green space to unwind.

3. Elevated Acre, Financial District
Located above the Financial District, this rooftop park offers quiet spots with incredible views of the Brooklyn Bridge. It’s the perfect hidden retreat in the city.

4. Gantry Plaza State Park, LIC
This LIC spot has beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline, along with lounge chairs right by the water. Don’t forget to snap a pic by the iconic Pepsi-Cola sign!

5. Pier 26, Hudson River Park
Part of the larger Hudson River Park, Pier 26 is an eco-focused park with cool features like the Tide Deck and swing seats overlooking the water.

6. Domino Park, Williamsburg
Situated at the site of the old Domino Sugar Factory, this park mixes a bit of history with updated fun. It features industrial relics, a fog bridge, and even beach volleyball.

7. Riverside Park, West Side
This four-mile stretch along the Hudson offers everything from sports fields to bike paths, plus stunning views of the river and skyline.

8. Astoria Park, Queens
Astoria Park is perfect for a day outdoors, with the city’s largest public pool, views of the East River, and summer movie nights.

9. Brooklyn Bridge Park, DUMBO
For some of the best views in the city, head to Brooklyn Bridge Park. Right under the Brooklyn Bridge, this park offers sports courts, a carousel, and a beach at Pier 4.
