If you think you’ve seen it all when it comes to fall festivals, think again. The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze is back and bigger than ever for 2025! They transform the historic grounds of Van Cortlandt Manor into a glowing wonderland of over 7,000 hand-carved pumpkins. This is a fully immersive art and light show, complete with synchronized music, jaw-dropping displays, and a few surprises lurking in the shadows.

This year’s theme? Go bold or go home. They’ll be highlighting iconic New York landmarks carved entirely out of pumpkins and visitors will see a wickedly green Wizard of Oz-inspired dreamscape. Add in dinosaurs, a pumpkin carousel, a 24-foot spider web, and an appearance (or two) from the Headless Horseman himself, and you’ve got a Halloween season highlight that’s perfect for families, date nights, and anyone looking to be wowed.
